Description

NASA is currently closed due to a lapse in government funding. While this announcement will remain open, we will be unable to respond to messages at this time. The purpose of this Notice of Availability (NOA) is to publicize research, technology, commercial aerospace and/or academia development opportunities at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio. This notice is issued by NASA GRC in Cleveland, Ohio which has responsibility for the management of these facilities. NASA is seeking tenants interested in developing land at GRC ATF for research, technology, aerospace, or academic purposes in alignment with the GRC Master Plan. NASA may engage in discussions with any respondent based upon the information submitted in response to this NOA. In accordance with the GRC Master Plan, the uses of the land NASA will consider under this NOA are described in this document. This section of the announcement encompasses land located adjoining and within the boundaries of ATF. The available land consists of five (5) parcels totaling approximately 1,736 acres of non-excess land. Base Option: Parcel 2A (approx. 516 acres), including two warehouse buildings, former nuclear reactor facility storage and associated support building Option 1: Parcels 1B (approx. 508 acres), 1C (approx. 184 acres), 1D (approx. 250 acres) Option 2: Parcel 1A (approx. 278 acres) For additional information about GRC, questions about this NOA, or to arrange a site visit please submit in writing via email to HQ-RealEstate@mail.nasa.gov.
