Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide VISN-4 Microbiology Instrumentation and Testing. This is a requirement for Six (6), VISN-04, VA Medical Center facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about 10/30/2025. The full solicitation will be Full and Open Market Competition with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 Medical Reference Laboratory Testing. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
