Solicitation Overview This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of LED light fixtures for the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Agency: FBI � CJIS Division Location: Clarksburg, WV NAICS Code: 335132 PSC Code: 6210 Set?Aside: Small Business 2. Description of Requirement The FBI CJIS Division requires the purchase and delivery of new, commercial?grade LED light fixtures to support facility operations at the Clarksburg campus. Please refer to Attachment A - Bill of Materials (BOM).This requirement is being solicited on a brand?name basis. Only the specific brand, make, and model numbers identified in this solicitation will be accepted. No substitutions, equivalents, or alternate products will be considered. The Government has determined that the identified brand?name items are necessary to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure, standardization across the FBI CJIS facility in Clarksburg, WV, and continuity of operations. 3. Delivery Requirements Delivery Location: FBI CJIS Division 1000 Custer Hollow Road Clarksburg, WV 26306 FOB: Destination 4. Instructions to Offerors Quotes must include: Completed BOM Technical datasheets Total firm?fixed price SAM.gov UEI Completed Representations & Certifications Quotes shall be submitted electronically through SAM.gov to Ms. McKenzie Bucher, mpbucher@fbi.gov by June 26th, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Questions shall be submitted by June 18th, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Government response will be provided by June 24th. 5. Evaluation Criteria The Government will evaluate quotes based on: Technical Acceptability Price The Government will evaluate quotes on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Under LPTA, the Government will first determine whether each quote is technically acceptable. Only quotes that meet all requirements of this solicitation will be considered acceptable. Quotes that do not meet every requirement will be rated technically unacceptable and will not be considered further. After determining technical acceptability, the Government will evaluate price.
