Command Post and Nondestructive Inspection Room Renovations

Description

The 136th Airlift Wing requires renovations of portions of Buildings 1672 and 1675 to support the relocation of the Command Post (B1672) and conversion of an area to a Nondestructive Inspection Room (B1675). This project is located at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB) Fort Worth, in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project as specified in the attached documents. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. A site visit will be held and all prospective offerors are urged to attend. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: May 14, 2026 (b) Site Visit Time: 10:00 AM (Local) (c) Site Visit Meeting Location: 136AW Civil Engineer Squadron, 100 Hensley Ave, Building 1671, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Fort Worth, Texas, 76127 (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the all attendees names (as they appear on government-issued identification) and the company name of each attendee. If confirmation of any request to attend is not received within 24 business hours of submission, it is advised to follow-up with the above points of contacts. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any needed changes to the solicitation will be implemented via a formal amendment.
