Description
04 Sep 2025- Following multiple interactions with industry partners regarding government property concerns, as it relates to the reacquisition of the Instrumentation Range Support Program (IRSP) contract, the Government is undertaking a reevaluation of its current strategy. This decision reflects our commitment to ensuring a fair and competitive bidding environment for all interested firms. To facilitate this reevaluation, the reacquisition process for IRSP IV will be temporarily placed on hold. During this period, the Government will be diligently working to refine and finalize the requirements package as it relates to government property, ensuring it provides industry with the most accurate and complete information possible to promote fair competition. 13 Jun 2025- The submission/response date for RFI#02 has been extended to 3:30 EST PM on 16 Jun 2025. 29 May 2025- RFI#02 Requesting additional information from industry to identify the capabilities to complete a pre-overhaul and overhaul of systems associated with the questions and answers from Industry Day - Q55 & Q58. To include the possibility of concurrent overhauls being conducted at multiple locations across the globe. Four CDLRs have been added, along with the RFI #02 document. 16 May 2025- RFI#01 Posting questions and answers from industry's sources sought notice recommendations/comments (29 Jan 2025) and Industry Day event (24 Apr 2025). 01 May 2025- Adding the Industry Day Sign-in sheet. 25 Apr 2025 - Adding the slide deck that was briefed by the Government team members during the Industry Day (except for the photos and video). The Government is requesting that any additional questions concerning IRSP be submitted to the contracting team members NLT 4:30 PM EST on 02 May 2025. Please provide your questions and/*or comments by using the Company Question Sheet. The Government intent is to have a response to all recommendations/comments/questions recieved during the intial Sources Sought notice and the Industry Day posted on sam.gov by 16 May 2025. Please note- If a company would like to submit a capabilities package to the Government based on the Sources Sought Synopsis (posted on 29 Jan 2025) it may do so by sending it to the contracting team members listed within this notice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 18 Apr 2025 - The below documents have been uploaded for review prior to the Industry Day event. IRSP IV Draft SOWv4 (18 Apr 2025) Attachment 5 - Stock Replenishment, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Attachment 7 - System Summary Attachment 7a - Supported Range System List (Template) Attachment 8 - Range Resource List Attachment 11 PALT Thresholds (v2) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An Industry Day conference will be held for the purpose of providing all interested parties an opportunity to participate in the initial planning and strategy for the acquistion of the IRSP IV procurement. Please see the Industry Day Notice letter, attachment 1 and attachment 2 for additional information concerning this event. Note: The Government will be posting an IRSP IV Statement of Work and associated documents prior to 24 Apr 2025.
