PRON: D16H0924D1The Government proposes to acquire on a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 14 each up to 42 each maximum of a MOUNTING BASE,ELECT; NSN: 5975-01-440-3198; Part Number: A1-31069D-001 applicable to the FORWARD AREA AIR DEFENSE COMMAND & CONTROL (FAAD C2). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for 100% Small Business. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 14 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to W25G1U. The AMC/ASMC code is 2G: This action is being procured under AMSC 2G Which states: The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Suitable for competitive acquisition for the first time. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The solicitation shall be open for a minimum of 30 days from the date it is published. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER.
