Description
The High Threat Security Overseas Seminar for Contractors (HTSOS-C) course is now available to vendors through the Department of State Diplomatic Security (DS) Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC). Authorized vendors may gain access to this course through their respective Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). For further information vendors may contact their respective contracting officer.
