Description

Pre-Synopsis Notice The Sacramento District of the US Army Corps of Engineers plans to issue the following synopsis: Civil Works A&E Horizontal Design MATOC, $238M Unrestricted with Small Business Reserve. Synopsis to follow in Q1 FY2026. This project was previously advertised as two requirements that have been combined into the above: Civil Works (CW) A&E IDIQ ($208M Unrestricted) synopsis is anticipated between June and September 2025. CW A&E IDIQ ($30M Small Business Set-Aside) synopsis is anticipated between June and August 2025.
