Description

The United States Embassy London has a requirement for a Death in Service Life Insurance Policy for Locally Employed Staff in the United Kingdom . The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor possessing all required licenses and certifications necessary to offer employee life insurance to UK citizens and/or residents as required by local law. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant Contract will be a firm fixed price type Contract. Only companies specializing in this field should express interest in this opportunity. Electronic submissions will be accepted. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Interested parties should see the attached work specification for additional details and contact GSO Procurement before February 13, 2026, at 17:00 GMT at the following email address:Procurement_Box2@state.gov in order express interest and submit any questions. Proposals will be due before February 26, 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
