Description

The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price, purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to X-Microwave LLC (CAGE Code 7GG64) located at 14000 Summit Dr. STE 900, Austin, Texas 78728-7111. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: LINE ITEM 0001 Detector, HMC948LP3E [PCB:683] Detector output via feedthrough terminal board PART NUMBER: XM-A797-0404C-01 QTY. 7 LINE ITEM 0002 Variable Gain Amplifier Detector and Switch IMA PART NUMBER: XM-CMA-2094 QTY. 4 LINE ITEM 0003 Filter Bank IMA PART NUMBER: XM-CMA-2095 QTY. 4 LINE ITEM 0004 Variable Gain Amplifier PART NUMBER: XM-CMA-1813 QTY. 3 LINE ITEM 0005 Amplifier, TQL9093 [PCB:1174] PART NUMBER: XM-B8E2-0404C-01 QTY. 4 LINE ITEM 0006 Amplifier, QPL9503TR7 [PCB:919] PART NUMBER: XM-B8E2-0404C-01 QTY. 4. The Government intends to negotiate solely with X-Microwave LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies. The applicable NAICS code is 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing and the business size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Complete SAM registration means a registered UEI and CAGE Code.
