Market research indicated that maintenance service were available on GSA, FSS. And RFQ was posted on EBuy, six 6 vendors responded with no bid as they could not service the particular equipment. Agilent Technologies provided a response to the RFQ, there pricing fell within the Governments IGCE and they have provide this type of service in the past. Their price has been determined Fair and Reasonable.
