Description
The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOAB) at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), which are Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, that provides commercial watercraft to be used as target assets. The Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and general conditions to deliver the watercraft targets in the Statement of Objectives dated 28 October 2024.This acquisition is a Full and Open competition. Proposals may be submitted by both Large and Small Business firms that are registered in the System for Award Management under North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 336612 with a size standard of $1,000 employees. This competitive acquisition will utilize the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 and 15.3 as supplemented by the DoD Source Selection Procedures referenced in DFARS 215.3 and the DAFFARS Mandatory Procedures 5315. The Government intends to select anywhere from zero (0) to ten (10) Contractors that meet the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The exact number of awards will be determined by the Source Selection Authority (SSA) during the evaluation of proposals and will be based primarily on the number of Offerors who successfully meet the requirements of the solicitation and the number of contracts that the Government deems can effectively be managed given Government resources. The MATOC(s) will have a five (5) year ordering period and the magnitude of Task Orders will be between the Awardees proposed logistics plan amount and $5,000,000.00. The total anticipated cost for the life of this MATOC is $49,999,999.00.
