Description

Lost River Noxious Weed Abatement The purpose of this contract is to provide noxious weed abatement on Federal lands and rights-of-way within the Klamath Project, in particular along the Lost River and Miller Creek in Klamath County, Oregon. Solicitation number 140R2026Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is 9.5 million dollars. The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. Please see further instructions for quote submission under Provision 52.212-1 Addendum. Quotes are due Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time and should be emailed to margaretjones@usbr.gov.
