Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company, 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615 for the procurement of four (4) DDSR retrofit kits and six (6) RIO 785D Kits. The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Jason Lockwood, Sikorsky Subcontracting Manager, at 203-225-3657.
