This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA077 is for the replacement of two Vertical Turbine sewer effluent pumps, a duplex pump controller, and necessary spare parts for the Cottage Grove Sewage Plant to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the facility. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 � Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors must be aware that the Nonmanufacturer Rule (FAR 52.219-33) applies to this set-aside, regardless of the dollar value. To be eligible for award, the offeror must either be the manufacturer of the end items or provide the product of a domestic small business manufacturer. Quotes must explicitly state the manufacturer's name, UEI, and business size status to demonstrate compliance. Delivery Information: Deliver all listed materials to the Cottage Grove Sewer Plant approximately 5 miles from Cottage Grove Oregon. The facility does not have an address.
