4/21/26- Updated to add Questions and Answers via attachment N3904026Q3118 Q and A. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested via attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The Government is seeking to rent forklifts and an optional telehandler in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for delivery to Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) in San Diego, CA. Period of Performance: Base Period (Forklifts): July 21, 2026 � July 19, 2027 (52 weeks) Optional Telehandler: October 5, 2026 � June 6, 2027 (35 weeks) Optional Periods for Forklift Rental: Option 1: July 20, 2027 � August 16, 2027 (4 weeks) Option 2: August 17, 2027 � September 13, 2027 (4 weeks) Option 3: September 14, 2027 � October 11, 2027 (4 weeks) Submission of Quotes: This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ). The submission of a quote does not constitute a legally binding offer. All quotes received will be evaluated for technical acceptability. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government.
