USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18) VENTILATION DUCT FOR SS-31 AND ES-92; REPLACE POP From 07/27/2026 to 10/31/2026 Place of performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. To be eligible for award, offerors must be able to demonstrate their authorization to perform the required work within Japan at the time of proposal submission. Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and maintains all necessary documentation to verify its status and compliance with Japanse laws and regulations.
