THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing for Hot Water Boiler Building 24 for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744. ***See attached Draft Statement of Need*** Interested parties should provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number. 2. UEI number and CAGE code. 3. Business size status under NAICS code 333414. 4. Existing government Contract Number/ Contract for this scope and expiration date. 5. Manufacturer(s) and Country of Origin of item to be quoted. 6. Estimated lead time for delivery. Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 10:00AM EST on Thursday, July 09, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
