Description
Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, Single-Dose Prefilled Syringe (JEV) - Synopsis Solicitation: SPE2DP-26-R-0001 Item: Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, Single-Dose Prefilled Syringe (JEV) NSN: 6505-01-607-7018 Description: The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has a requirement for the supply of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, Single-Dose Prefilled Syringe (JEV). JEV shall be made in accordance with MPID Number 5 dated 23 July 2024, which is attached to this notice. The Solicitation will be issued under authority 10 U.S.C. � 3204(a)(1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (�Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements�). The Government intends to use Part 12 for this acquisition � per FAR 10.002(d)(2). The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The contract will consist of an eighteen (18) month base term. The minimum quantity is 277,760 each (EA). The estimated quantity is 277,760 each. The maximum quantity is 394,240 each. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination FOB Destination Delivery Destination: DODAAC: SV3100 DLA Distribution Susquehanna U Avenue, Bldg. 89, Door 6 New Cumberland, PA 17070 Attn: Jim Earp Production Lead Time is 120 days after issuance date of the delivery order (DD1155). All responsible sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered by the Agency. The successful contractor shall have FDA approval to sell JEV prior to the Solicitation�s closing date and time. **************************************************************************** IMPORTANT NOTICES Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. The solicitation will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Once the solicitation is posted, it will be available for viewing on DIBBS. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Solicitations" from the top bar to search for the solicitation.
