Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the solicitation due date from 29 June 2026 at 1:00 P.M CST to 20 July 2026 at 1:00 P.M CST. 2. Change the contracting specialist and contact info from Bryson Cassidy to Daniel Bermudez. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Additionally, site visit sign in sheet has been posted. RFI Q&A will be posted once they have been answered. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 1: The purpose of this update is to edit the secondary point of contact. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full replacement of the backup generator system serving the Radar site, B2021 at Columbus AFB. This replacement shall include, but not be limited to, the generator, fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, day tank, automatic transfer switch (ATS), electric heater in generator room, sensors controlling the heater and ventilation, and exhaust system. The criticality of this system will require power and redundant power for the duration of the work. For the same reason this generator has unique requirements, such as a preheat system and the ability to start and take the load in 15 seconds. The specifications of the existing generator system shall be attached for reference. The new generator system shall match or exceed the capabilities of the existing system. The contractor shall be responsible for verifying the specifications and capabilities of the existing generator syst Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 04 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 1:00 PM CST on 28 May 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on 28 May 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB�s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors� center at 9:00 AM CST Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 7:30 AM CST, on 09 June 2026. IAW FAR 36.204(d) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
