Description
Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces Directorate at Wright-Patt is exploring options to modify MS-177 legacy sensors to MS-177B sensors as part of a joint mission with an Air Force partner. The AFUSG is currently evaluating ability and data rights needs for this project and are requesting a cost estimate for specified data rights for the legacy MS-177 sensor, MS-177A, and MS-177B and cability to perform. Specifically, we require a cost estimate for Unlimited Rights for Data. If you offer multiple levels of data rights (ie. Restricted Rights, Government Purpose Rights, Limited Rights), please provide a cost breakdown for each. Please also clarify the following: Clearly define what data is covered by the requested rights (e.g., specific drawings, software code, technical manuals, etc.). Deliverables: What specific deliverables will be provided with the data rights (e.g., source code, object code, documentation, etc.)? Restrictions: Are there any restrictions or limitations associated with the requested data rights, beyond those inherent in the type of right itself (e.g., limitations on sublicensing, use for specific purposes, etc.)? Method of Pricing: Please explain the basis for the cost estimate (e.g., flat fee, percentage of development cost, etc.). We would appreciate receiving your cost estimate by 08 Dec 25 by 4pm EST. Please send your response to collin.harris.1@us.af.mil and copy john.heinl@us.af.mil and wayne.wolfe.3@us.af.mil. Thank you for your time and attention to this request. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Please direct programmatic questions to the undersigned at collin.harris.1@us.af.mil.
