Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are being requested and the SF1449 will not be issued. This solicitation has five (5) planned Park Attendant awards for the following Missouri Lake Projects: PA 01 - Ruark Bluff East, Stockton Lake Project PA 02 - Ruark Bluff West, Stockton Lake Project PA 03 - Damsite, Pomme de Terre Lake Project PA 04 - Nemo Park, Pomme de Terre Lake Project PA 05 - Wheatland Park, Pomme de Terre Lake Project The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA005 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Due Date for the receipt of quotes is listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Offers shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to evan.oathout@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least 60 days from quote due date. All quotes must be emailed separately. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. This synopsis/solicitation will be awarded with Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 721211 - RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds. Business size standard is: $10,000,000.00. Product/Service Code: M1PA for "Operation of Recreational Facilities (Non Building)" Description of Services Required: The U.S Army Corps of Engineers has a need for park attendant services at various lake projects in Missouri. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies to provide park attendant services for the stated lake projects in the state of Missouri, as described in the attached performance work statements (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided W912DQ26QA005 Missouri FY26 Park Attendant Mass Solicitation.
