Dorm Furniture Delivery and Installation

Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626QC003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of dormitory furniture delivery and installation for Beale AFB, CA, in accordance with Attachment 2- Dorm Furniture- Statement of Need B24114 FINAL. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Woman Owned Small Business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s) is identified in the SF1449 Solicitation document. (Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626QC003). (iii) A description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102) can be identified in Attachment 2- Dorm Furniture- Statement of Need B24114 FINAL. (iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point is identified in Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626QC003, Section F- Deliveries or performance schedules. (v) For a list of Solicitation provisions that apply to this acquisition, please reference Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626QC003. (vi) For a list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition, please reference Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626QC003. (vii) Questions in response to this solicitation are due in writing via email to the Contracting Officer Katherine Moe at katherine.moe@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist Abigail Bartleson at Abigail.bartleson.1@us.af.mil by 11 March 2026 by 10 AM. Quotes are due by 24 March 2026 by 10 AM. Quotes shall be submitted via email and in accordance with 52.212-2, to the Contracting Officer Katherine Moe at katherine.moe@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist abigail.bartleson.1@us.af.mil. (viii) There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions other than those listed in the Attachment 1- Solicitation FA468626QC003 and Attachment 2- Dorm Furniture- Statement of Need B24114 FINAL.
