Description
This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Offerors/Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award. Offerors/Quoters is responsible for affirmative evidence of proper clearance with the Japanese Immigration Bureau to conduct business affairs within Japan. Offerors/Quoters also should have sufficient experience working with US Government in herein Naval Base Yokosuka and knowledge of JEGS (Japan Environmental Governing Standards) and �Japanese Law Relative to Disposal and Cleaning of Waste�. Quoters also are required to complete SAM registration or annual-renewal before submitting quotes.
