Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY Specific details will be provided in a solicitation which will be posted at https://www.sam.gov/ and https://piee.ed.mil. Be advised that periodic access to the website is essential for obtaining updated documentation and the latest information regarding this procurement. The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure flight hours via a Contractor Owned and Government Operated (COGO) Boeing 737-Next Generation (NG) (-600, -700, -800, or -900) series aircraft for pilot proficiency and training support. This effort will include all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and services required to maintain and support the aircraft and the work scope. Based on the results of market research and the sources sought posted on 10 June 2025, this requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Program Participants. The Government intends to award a Single-Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that allows for Firm-Fixed Price orders. The anticipated ordering period will be four (4) years and 364 days. The contract is expected to be awarded in first quarter of FY 2027. The NAICS for this requirement is 488190 with a corresponding size standard of $40 million in average annual receipts. This notice is for informational purposes only.
