W912EE � The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue Solicitation Number W912EE25BA001 for Tate County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project, Bank Stabilization 17-01. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for constructing four (4) grade control structures in Tate County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work for the grade control structures include mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, embankment, stone placement, storm water pollution prevention; and environmental protection. The estimated completion time is 105 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. This project will be competed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14, Sealed Bidding. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) will result in the award of one (1) Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The set-aside for this procurement is Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government�s best interest.
