Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Air Force District Washington (AFDW)/PKF intends to award a Sole Source contract The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 300 Kenan Center Dr, Chapel Hill, NC, 27599-5056, for Enterprise Leadership Seminar(s), see attached Sole Source Justification. AFDW/PKF intends to use commercial acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is RFO 6.103-1, Only One Source, as implemented through RFO 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901, when only one responsible source is capable of satisfying the Government�s requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, proposals, or capability statements. No solicitation or request for quotation will be issued. However, interested parties may identify their interest and submit relevant capability information in response to this notice. Responses must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM EDT on 1 July 2026 via email to eric.moss.3@us.af.mil. All responses received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with FAR 5.102, the required justification documentation is attached.
