Description
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Presoliciation Notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.101(a), Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), intends to award a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor, Target Media - Mid Atlantic, Inc. [CAGE Code: 0Y0G9, 1000 Bent Creek Blvd. Ste. 40, Mechanicsburg, PA, 17050]. The contractor is currently performing services under Contract Number HQ003421C0084 with services concluding on September 14, 2026. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.103-1-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contract is intended to meet DSCA requirement to provide Gloden Sentry End-Use Monitoring (EUM) program with both programtic and informaiton technology activities support. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls and requests for meetings will not be accepted.
