Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0348 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Renovating the EC04 Headhouse and Greenhouse to return the facility to full operations in El Reno, OK. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction180. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBZone). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A mandatory site visit is required to be technically acceptable. Information is provided within the solicitation for location, date, and time. Questions shall be submitted via emailed to david.hildebrand@usda.gov and are due no later than April 21, 2026, at 5:00PM EST. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Responses will be posted on sam.gov as an attachment under the solicitation. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
