Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) is requesting in-depth capability-specific information for the architecture, development, implementation, sustainment and transition services and technologies to support the Defense Counterintelligence and HUMINT Enterprise to establish an Enterprise Data Layer as the System of Data Record Holding and Disclosure & Dissemination Engine. Please note this requirement is �SECRET//NOFORN�. Both the RFI, the associated draft Statement of Objectives along with the Market Survey Questionnaire are posted to the National Security Agency�s (NSA) Acquisition Resource Center and the National Reconnaissance Office�s (NRO) Acquisition Research Center. Please take note of the following important date: RFI submission deadline: October 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM (EST)
