STATEMENT OF WORK The U.S. Embassy in Bangui invites qualified contractors to submit bids for ramp improvement project at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR). The project includes repair and extension of the concrete surface area of the driveway ramp, creation of a lower slope transition from the roadway shoulder to the driveway ramp, and seal of the roadway shoulder berm to mitigate erosion as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key Details: � Location: DCMR � Site Visit: June 23, 2026, at 09am � Minimum Requirements: Five years of construction experience and three references. Solicitation Availability: The solicitation package is available through the following channels: � SAM.gov: The solicitation is posted on the System for Award Management (at https://sam.gov/ Interested vendors are encouraged to register on SAM.gov to receive updates and amendments. � Embassy Website: The solicitation package is also available for download on the U.S. Embassy Bangui official website https://cf.usembassy.gov/ . � Embassy Gate (Hard Copy): Physical copies of the solicitation package are available for collection at the U.S. Embassy Bangui main gate, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Vendors should bring a valid form of identification to collect their copy. � Interested offerors are encouraged to obtain the solicitation package as early as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and submission of a complete offer by the closing date. � Embassy Gate (Hard Copy): Physical copies of the solicitation package are available for collection at the U.S. Embassy Bangui main gate, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Vendors should bring a valid form of identification to collect their copy. The solicitation package is available at the gate of the Embassy from 7.30am to 5pm. Interested parties must submit bids electronically to Banguiprocurement@state.gov no later than June 26, 2026, before Post COB (13:30). Late submissions will not be accepted.
