Description
The United States Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), has a requirement for commercial equivalent AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices (NVD), along with an Extended Warranty, Accessories, Test Sets, and Tool Sets. PSC Code: 5855 - Night Vision Equipment, Emitted and Reflected Radiation NAICS Code: 333310 - Night Vision Optical Devices Manufacturing The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, intends to release a Solicitation W91CRB-26-R-5002 on or about 18 December 2025 on SAM.gov. This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for small businesses and will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case LH-B-UCK for the country of Lithuania. The Government intends to award a Commercial Firm Fixed Price contract. The basis for award is expected to utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov, and no additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the solicitation. The solicitation posting will include all associated attachments and exhibits. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and other applicable documents associated with it. All questions or comments in response to this synopsis should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist, Rem Ngo, at Rem.d.ngo.civ@army.mil.
