Description

The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town hereby requests quotations for the replacement of the Triplex Potable Water Booster Pump System and the Duplex Cooling Tower Booster Pump System, including removal of existing units, supply and installation of new �Grundfos or equal� booster pump packages, associated mechanical and electrical works, commissioning, documentation, and warranties. The full technical requirements are detailed in Attachment A � Statement of Work (Booster Pump Replacement) Attachment A � Statement of Work. All contractors must comply with the Client Health and Safety Specification requirements included in Attachment B � Client Health and Safety Specification Booster Pump Replacement. Submission, pricing, evaluation criteria, forms, and instructions are provided in the Solicitation Document (SF-1449 Package). A site visit will be held on the date indicated in the solicitation. Offerors must follow all instructions and submit a complete quotation package by the deadline stated in the solicitation. This requirement is open to all qualified vendors with experience in booster pump installation, including mechanical, electrical, and commissioning work.
