Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) in Kayenta, Arizona 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Scriptpro USA Inc, UEI #: RTB3DEMJ91U45828, Address: Reeds RD, Mission, Kansas 66202-2740, for operating lease, subscription, and support for the Eyecon Pill Counter 9420. Period of performance: 01/01/2026 � 12/31/2026. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Scriptpro USA Inc in accordance with RFO 12.102(a), for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, the required services for Eyecon 9420�s are on-site at Kayenta Service Unit and leased by Scriptpro USA Inc. No other awardee can meet the Government�s requirement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Scriptpro USA Inc, may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist, at flora.washington@ihs.gov by 12:00pm MST on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
