Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup Indian Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source award with GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. for perinatal software services to Gallup Indian Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 513210 Software Publishers with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Period of Performance: Base: 12 months 1st Option Year: 12 months 2nd Option Year: 12 months 3rd Option Year: 12 months 4th Option Year: 12 months In accordance with principles of RFO 12.102(a) Restricting Competition Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. currently provides perinatal software services to accomplish the mission objective of providing perinatal software service to maintain hospital. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 10:00 AM MDT on November 18, 2025. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
