Amendment 0001 - 2025-12-10 The purpose of this amendment is to post the Government's responses to questions received from industry and to provide the amended Sources Sought Notice (SSN) document. What's New: Q&A Document: See attachment titled "SSN QandA_26RPINS_10DEC25.pdf" for all vendor questions and official Government answers. Amended SSN: See attachment titled "Sources Sought Notice Amend 1_26RPINS_10DEC25". All interested parties should review this revised document in its entirety. The response deadline remains unchanged. All capability statements are still due no later than 10:00 AM CST on 15 December 2025. All other information from the original notice below remains in effect unless otherwise specified in the amended documents. *** ORIGINAL BELOW *** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN), Synopsis W9124J-26-R-PINS, for market research on behalf of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G1. We are identifying sources capable of providing the U.S. Army Retired Lapel Pin, as specified in AR 600-8-22, para 6-19e, and the associated services for its quarterly distribution to 59+ Army installations, which also includes developing a tracking system and providing reports. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A MANDATORY QUALIFICATION exists: sources must be certified by The Army Institute of Heraldry (TIOH) or be an authorized distributor for a TIOH-certified manufacturer per AR 600-8-22 and AR 840-10. Respondents must provide proof of this certification with their capability statement. The Government will use responses to determine the acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-asides. For complete requirement details and submission instructions, see the attached document. Responses are due via email no later than 10:00 AM CST on 15 December 2025.
