****AMENDMENT 0001**** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (attached); 2. Provide the following four Revised Attachments, a) Attachment B REV-1 Statement of Work b) Attachment 2 REV-1 - Temple Runoff Stations Dwgs 1 - For Base and Options c) Attachment 3 REV-1 - Temple Runoff Stations Dwgs 2 - Base d) Attachment 5 REV-1 - Temple Runoff Stations Dwgs - Option-2 3. Incorporate FAR clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (attached) ### This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0455 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Grassland Soil and Water Research Laboratory (GSWRL) in Riesel, TX has a requirement for runoff station concreate repairs to restore structures that are critical components of the research efforts at GSWRL. See attached Statement of Work for a complete description of requirements. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238110. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
