Updated 12/01/2025: Amendment 0001 posted which provides five Questions & Answers received in response to the solicitation. Please review documents and ensure your company acknowledges all Amendment(s) as part of quote submission. MANN-GRANDSTAFF (SPOKANE, WA) VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER -- SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0142 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Snow Removal Services for Mann-Grandstaff (Spokane) VAMC. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov and https://www.va.gov/oal/library/vaar/. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s)): See section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule of the RFQ. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Snow removal services. See section B.3 Performance Work Statement of the RFQ for more information. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: See RFQ 1st page, block 15 and section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule of the RFQ. A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition: See section E of the RFQ. A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition: See section C of the RFQ. The date, time, and place for receipt of offer and point of contact: See Block 8, as well as section E.2 of the RFQ. Any other additional information required by 5.101(c): Not applicable IMPORTANT!! For quote submission requirements, please see Section E.2 of the RFQ. Parts 1-3 are required in order to be considered further. Site Visit information is also available in Section E.2. of the RFQ.
