Description
The 110 MSC intends to award a single source purchase order to Advantor Systems Corporation, under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a), due to only one source being capable of providing the services required because the services are unique to a single source. Product Service Code (PSC) will be 5836 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 334290. This notice is not a request for offers and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. The anticipated award date is before 30 Sep 2026. Sources interested in responding to this notice may submit a capability statement that includes technical data and price information in sufficient detail to clearly demonstrate the capability to meet the requirement. There is no proposed set-aside. All capability statements must be received by 2 PM EDT on 10 July 2026 to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
