Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Solicitation Number: N68335-26-R-1025 Solicitation Title: CH-53: FY26 O-Level Peculiar Support Equipment Group E **Please note N6833526R10250003 was posted on 4/20/26 to extend the proposal submission deadline to 05/13/26.** **Please note N6833526R10250002 was posted on 4/8/26 to attach L-1 Past Performance Questionnaire and L-2 Past Performance Contract Data in Section J.** **Please note N6833526R10250001 was posted on 4/1/26 in response to vendor questions and correction of Solicitation** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis for the procurement of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) as outlined in the attached Solicitation N68335-26-R-1025 and related attachments. The PSE items are required in support of the NAVAIR CH-53K Program and the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Israel, Case IS-P-SCN, to facilitate O-level maintenance operations for the CH-53K Aircraft. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements. The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package to prepare a proposal. Proof of CMMC Level 2 (self-assessment) certification is required to request access to the technical data package. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding CMMC. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package, which is considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must possess a current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request access to the drawings. Drawings will be provided to the designated data custodian listed on the certified DD Form 2345 via the DoD SAFE website. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding DD Form 2345.
