Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, announces its intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price, noncompetitive purchase order to Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc. (HTL).RequirementItem 0001: One (1) Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) and reference module, including Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) capability, 100 MHz references utilizing a low-noise chip-scale atomic clock, and compatibility with the HTLv-23 3U VPX dual transceiver module.The Government has determined that no available alternatives exist that meet all minimum salient characteristics.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.The information in this notice is anticipatory and not binding. A copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available upon request. Questions, comments, or concerns regarding this notice must be submitted via email to Joshua Joiner at joshua.j.joiner.civ@us.navy.mil by 2 July 2026, 1200 PDT. Questions submitted by phone or fax will not be considered.
