Industry Day 2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Initiative, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River When: Wednesday, 28 January 2026 Check-in for the event begins at 8:30AM Where: Courtyard Marriot 5046 Henderson Drive Jacksonville, NC What: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) invites contractors to attend the Industry Day event for the 2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Initiative. The intent is to provide industry with an overview of the program, answer any reasonable questions, and collect feedback from industry about the program. Who: Interested parties for the 2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Initiative. Prime Contractors and Subcontractors welcome. Project Scope: This program will utilize two Design-Build (DB) Solicitation Packages consisting of five Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Buildings per package. Package 1 will be executed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Package 2 will contain four buildings to be executed at Marine Corps Base Lejeune and one building at Marine Corps Air Station New River. Project Cost Range Per Package: Over $500M Anticipated Request for Proposal Date: Phase I � February 2026 and Phase II � May 2026 Anticipated Awards: September 2026 Anticipated Agenda: Program Overview Discussion of Program Scope Procurement Strategy Program Schedule Question and Answer Panel will be held prior to closing. Registration Information: Registration for attending the industry day is required. Participation will be limited to the first 200 number of people. Please provide the following information: Company name, physical address, email address(es), POC, and telephone number(s), and anticipated list of attendees Please identify if your firm is a prime contractor Email completed registration form (Attachment 1) to Brittany Cristelli at brittany.n.cristelli.civ@us.navy.mil and Mary Ann Pool at mary.a.pool3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Friday, 23 January 2026 at 5:00 pm. Note: Space permitting, on-site registration may be available but not guaranteed.
