Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Bloomington VA Clinic, 3098 North Lintel Drive, Bloomington, IN 47403, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), Logical Follow-on Contract for Furniture. The associated NAICS code for this is 337214. The vendor will be GovSolutions Inc., 108 S. Birdneck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Description of Equipment or Supplies: Product Name QTY Storage Cabinet 2 Modular Systems 1 Panels, Frames, and Tile � No Pre-wire 12 Panels, Frames, and Tile � Pre-wire 6 Worksurfaces 4 Storage � Under Desk 4 Worktable � sit-to-stand 4 Worktable � pneumatic 2 Task Chair 4 Guest Chair 2 This contract is for additional furniture that was originally ordered. The additional items need to match the items that were originally ordered. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that awarding the follow-on order to the original vendor upholds the competitive integrity of the initial solicitation while enhancing overall project efficiency and effectiveness. It is the Government's intention to negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
