Description
Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, requires the procurement of critical brand-name spare components essential for the operational readiness and instructional effectiveness of the Navy Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. NADMT is built upon a highly complex, system-of-systems architecture. This procurement provides the necessary hardware to establish the System Integration Laboratory (SIL), a vital facility that enables the seamless integration of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms. This acquisition will be conducted on a Brand-Name basis for all commercial components detailed in the attachment, solicited via SAM.gov to all responsible sources. The selected contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, inspection, and delivery of a comprehensive spares package to San Diego, CA. To optimize logistics and streamline Government acceptance, the contractor shall consolidate shipments to the maximum extent practicable. While the NLT date is 15 September 2026, early delivery is highly encouraged to mitigate potential readiness gaps.
