Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Arthrex reverse shoulder implants and surgical instruments. The implants and instruments will be used by the Lebanon VA Medical Center, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Solicitation Details: In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(b)(1)(i), the contracting office permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically. Set-Aside Status: Unrestricted. Required Products: Universal revers consolidated humeral set; Item # AR-9501CHS, Qty 3 Full-wedge augmented MGS instrument set; Item # AR-9579S-FW, Qty 3 Universal revers consolidated glenoid set; Item # AR-9615CGS, Qty 3 Purpose: These specific items are compatible with the facility's existing surgical instruments, tools, and procedures. Offeror Responsibilities: Offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package to the contracting POC. Offerors must ensure they are informed of all solicitation requirements and deadlines by regularly checking the Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) website for updates and amendments. Please note that any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this website.
