Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with First Nations Distribution, LLC (HTSEGJEP4KF4), Lakota Enterprises, Inc. (K75MP9MX15Y8), National Environmental, Inc. (TPTQXLJH5UR3), and ProAlliance Corp. (PRFPQB8APUG7) for procuring various dental supplies inclusive of miscellaneous Disposable impression trays, Ready Steel K-File, Optibond Soloplus adhesive unidose, curgifoam sponge hemostatic, PPE, Sterilization pouches, and diamond friction grip supplies, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Dental department. The anticipated period of performance shall be issued as a base plus one option year from the date of award with a duration of twelve (12) months. The following dates are as follows: Base Year: 03/15/2026 � 03/14/2027 Option Year 1: 03/15/2027 � 03/14/2028 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Kayenta Health Center (KHC) changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than March 5, 2026, at 1:00pm EST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
