Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure (OEM) Woodwood, Inc's Woodward Atlas II controllers on a source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106- 1(b).
