30 Sep 2025 - Award of Contract # 1240LT25C0045 against RFP # 1240LT25R0012, was made to Jackson Excavation of Bicknell, Utah in the total firm-fixed-price amount of $3,641,664. All 32 Line Items in the Schedule of Items were awarded. Nine (9) proposals were received in response to RFP # 1240LT25R0012. Thank you to all of the companies that competed for this project. We look forward to your participation in future Government procurement competitions. 05 Sep 2025 - Amendment 0002 which contains Q&As 47 through 54 and a Material Specification attachment, are hereby uploaded herein. Proposal deadline remains at 1700 CDT on Tuesday, 09 Sep 2025. 26 Aug 2025 - The following three (3) offeror questions and the Government's response to the questions, were not included in Amendment 0001, but are provided herein for you and then will be included in Amendment 0002: Q47: What is the deadline for questions? A47: 29 August 2025 is the last day for Government receipt of offeror questions. Q48: What is included in the 20-page limit for the Technical Proposal? A48: The 20-page limit was an error. There is no limit to the number of pages your Technical Proposal can contain. Q49: In the Technical Proposal, Factor 1, can we use subcontractor experience? A49: Yes, the offeror may provide Past Performance Information (PPI) on your proposed major subcontractor(s) to address the Past Performance factor. As an oversight, this was not stated in Section L's Technical Factor submittal requirements, but it was on the first sentence in Section M's Para M.2. 26 Aug 2025 - Amendment 0001 which contains Q&As 1 through 46, revised Sheet E302 and Site Visit Attendance Sheets are hereby uploaded herein. Proposal deadline is now 1700 CDT on Tuesday, 09 Sep 2025. 14 Aug 2025 - An organized Site Visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. local Mountain Time on Tuesday, 19 August 2025. Please park at the Pine Valley Dam Parking Lot, and meet the Forest Service COR Jake Dodds there. Phone service does not work in that area, so if you need to contact him prior to arrival at the site, you would need to call him at (435)327-1962 BEFORE 10 a.m. that day. You can also email him at jake.dodds@usda.gov, but you must email him, at the latest, the day before the Site Visit. If you have any questions pertaining to the solicitation (specifications, SOW, SOI, proposal instructions, clauses, etc.) as a result of what you observed or heard during this Site Visit, please email your question(s) to mary.harding@usda.gov. If the question is not formally included and responded to in a solicitation amendment, then whatever answer or comment you were provided or heard during this Site Visit, is not binding, official or valid. 05 Aug 2025 - RFP # 1240LT25R0012 and its five (5) attachments are posted to SAM. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement, and is a source selection acquisition in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) solicitation and proposal evaluation procedures.
