Description

Potential Offerors are hereby notified of a site visit for solicitation FA4419-25-R-0001, Altus Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract. The site visit is scheduled for 18 April 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Attendance is strongly encouraged for offerors to fully understand the scope of work. Please reference Section L of the attached Standard Form 1442 for more information regarding site visit requirements. AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to:1) Correct the language in section L and Section M to reflect: Bonding Capacity. Provide evidence that the offeror is able to obtain the maximum single award/task order performance and payment bonding capacity of $10M and a minimum aggregate bonding capacity of $30M, backed by a bonding surety with a certified Department of Treasury Surety, as listed in FAR 28.202. The document(s) shall include the surety companies name, address, phone number, and points of contact.2) Add the sign-in sheet from the site visit. 3) Remove the word mandatory from the following statement in Section L: Potential Offerors are hereby notified of a mandatory site visit for solicitation FA4419-25-R-0001, Altus Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract. The site visit is scheduled for 18 April 2025, at 10:00AM Central Daylight Time(CDT). Attendance is strongly encouraged for offerors to fully understand the scope of work. 4) Update block 11 from 90 calendar days to 453 calendar days to complete performance. AMENDMENT 2 The purpose of this amendment is to 1) Add contractor RFIs and Government responses 2) Add Availability of Funds clause 3) Change Government acceptance period in block 13d of 1442 4) Incorporate additional attachments 5) Extend proposal due date to 2 June 2025. 0003 Add amended Section L. AMENDMENT 3: Add 2nd round of RFI responses 6) Extend proposal due date to June 9 2025 7) Update response date in PIEE to reflect due date. AMENDEMENT 5: The purpose of this amendment is to update the proposal due date to 23 JUNE 2025. AMENDMENT 6: The purpose of this amendment is to add a 3rd round of RFIs and add amended section 19 to fix the pricing schedule formatting.
