Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. An SOW will be attached to display specifications. 2. The action has been posted to the Government wide point of entry (SAM.gov) and will remain posted for a minimum of 10 calendar days. All required clauses as prescribed in FAR RFO Part 12. � Evaluation Criteria: Quote by offerors meet specifications, past performance and pricing consistent with FAR 12.203. If all other factors are equal then pricing will be the determining factor. 7.
